Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Market Research Supervisor based in France to lead a fast-growing research team in a technology-focused environment. You will drive data-informed decisions by overseeing the full research lifecycle, from business requests to actionable insights and recommendations.

You will manage, mentor, and optimize the research process, expand market and consumer insights, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Market Research or related field with hands-on qualitative and quantitative work.
• Experience leading a research team with backlog and priorities.
• Ability to translate business needs into research questions and actionable insights.
• Strong knowledge of surveys, interviews, desk research, and competitive analysis.
• Experience planning multiple projects with deadlines and resources.
• Ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders and executives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proactive and organized.
• Experience coordinating external agencies or respondent panels is a plus.
• English proficiency at B2 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Market Research team, set objectives and provide feedback.
• Oversee end-to-end research lifecycle from requests to actionable recommendations.
• Plan and prioritize research backlog aligned with business goals.
• Ensure methodological rigor and quality across research activities.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and present findings.
• Explore new markets, competitors, and consumer insights for growth.
• Translate findings into structured insights and business recommendations.
• Standardize processes and documentation; drive automation in workflows.
