Job summary

CXG is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager - Luxury, Europe, in Paris. You will lead growth initiatives, open high-value opportunities, and partner with the Customer Development team to strengthen the pipeline across Europe.

You will engage senior decision-makers, craft integrated proposals, and drive the full commercial cycle while collaborating with market leaders to deliver differentiated CXG solutions in luxury and premium segments.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
8+ years in BD, strategic sales, or consulting, international environment.
Extensive network with senior decision-makers in luxury/retail.
Track record of winning high-value multi-stakeholder deals.
Experience leading complex proposals and tender responses.
Ability to engage C-level and regional stakeholders.
Fluency in French and English.

Responsibilities

Open and develop high-value opportunities within priority verticals and strategic growth initiatives.
Leverage a luxury network to access senior decision-makers and create new opportunities.
Build and maintain a qualified pipeline, originating relationships and closing deals.
Support Customer Development in strategic pursuits, including RFPs and tenders.
Lead full commercial cycle from prospecting to closing, with pricing and scope alignment.
Design compelling, price-aware proposals that reflect CXG's value.
Collaborate across CXG practices to promote new solutions and integrated opportunities.
Work with regional leaders to create feasible, impactful integrated solutions.
