Job summary

CXG is seeking an experienced Automotive Business Development Director – Premium & Luxury for its Paris office. In this strategic role, you will lead the commercial development of CXG’s Automotive Industry practice, leveraging a senior network to secure new clients and expand market presence among premium and luxury brands.

You will own business development, guide proposals, and coordinate with executives to ensure compelling value propositions.

Qualifications

• Requires a genuine passion for automotive and luxury industries.
• Master’s degree in Luxury Management or MBA or related field.
• 8+ years in automotive sector with consulting, marketing, sales, or BD in premium/luxury segments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial development of CXG’s Automotive Industry practice, owning new client acquisition and market expansion.
• Develop and execute a clear commercial strategy to acquire automotive clients and build a strong pipeline.
• Coach CSMs and join client meetings to increase value and win opportunities.
• Develop strategic and business plans and monitor performance with reporting to executives.
