CXG in Paris is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Customer Development to drive high-value opportunities and accelerate growth across Europe. You will lead selected priorities, leverage a senior network, and collaborate with the Customer Development team to strengthen the pipeline and secure long-term partnerships.

Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, you will own the full commercial cycle, craft differentiated proposals, and ensure alignment across pricing, scope, and contracts while

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 8+ years in business development, strategic sales, account development, or consulting.
• Deep knowledge of luxury, retail, or premium services ecosystem with senior-level network.
• Track record of originating opportunities, winning logos, and closing high-value deals.
• Experience leading complex proposals and competitive tender responses.
• Strong ability to engage C-level and regional stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Translate strategic growth priorities into focused business development plans for priority verticals and target accounts.
• Leverage network to access senior decision-makers and create opportunities with luxury brands.
• Build and maintain a qualified new-business pipeline and convert prospects into clients.
• Lead full commercial cycle from prospecting through closing and contract alignment.
• Design compelling proposals with pricing, margin, scope, and contractual terms.
• Collaborate across CXG practices to promote integrated solutions and cross-sell.
