Job summary

CXG in Paris is hiring an experienced Senior Business Development Manager - Luxury, Europe to drive high-value opportunities across Europe from the Paris office. You will report to the Chief Customer Officer and lead priorities with the Customer Development team, expanding CXG's luxury footprint and long-term partnerships.

You bring an outstanding hunter mindset, a strong senior network in luxury/premium brands, and fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

8+ years in business development, strategic sales, or consulting in international settings.
Strong network within luxury, retail or premium services sectors.
Proven track record of originating opportunities and closing high-value deals.

Responsibilities

Translate growth priorities into focused BD plans for verticals and target accounts.
Leverage network to access senior decision-makers and open high-potential opportunities.
Build and maintain a qualified pipeline and convert prospects into clients.
Support the broader Customer Development team on strategic pursuits and tenders.
Lead the full commercial cycle: prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation, closing.
Design compelling proposals with pricing, margin, scope, and contracts.
Coordinate go-to-market across CXG's solutions and cross-practice offerings.
Collaborate with Customer Success, regional leaders, and Practice Leads on integrated solutions.
Ensure smooth handovers to Customer Success and protect revenue and trust.
Represent CXG at industry events and senior client environments.
