Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 10–14 years in management/consulting or luxury retail consulting.
• Established network within premium and luxury industry.
• Proven business development capabilities and revenue growth experience.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Mentorship and team-development capabilities.
