Job summary

air up inc. in France is seeking a (Senior) Key Account Manager to own strategic national accounts and expand our BeNeLux footprint.

You will drive new business, manage existing partners, and shape joint business plans aligned with growth ambitions. In this role you will negotiate pricing, build long-term partnerships, and collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain and Logistics to ensure value creation across channels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Key Account Management within FMCG/CPG.
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
• Valid driver’s license (B) and willingness to travel regularly.
• Ability to lead negotiations and pricing discussions for national grocery retail.

Responsibilities

• Expand presence with existing partners and onboard new strategic partners in France and BeNeLux.
• Develop and manage key accounts to achieve sales and margin targets.
• Create and execute tailored joint business plans aligned with company growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Coordinator, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics) to ensure seamless execution.
