Equativ is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our IT team in Paris. You will provide hands-on end-user support across hardware, software, and network issues, while helping manage tickets, documentation, and onboarding/offboarding tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support in a fast-growing company.
• Strong customer service mindset and problem solving.
• Proficient with Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Experience administering Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, and Office 365.
• Familiar with IT ticketing systems.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Provide end-user technical assistance, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues, coordinating with external providers when needed.
• Manage helpdesk tickets, prioritize issues, and ensure timely solutions.
• Troubleshoot OS and application issues (Office 365, Slack, etc.).
• Assist in hardware/software installation and configuration.
• Support system updates and hardware upgrades as needed.
• Manage user accounts and access rights in IT applications.
• Set up new employee workstations and provide required tools and access.
• Document system configurations, procedures and troubleshooting steps.
• Create and update user guides and help documents.
• Generate periodic reports on systems, tickets, and recurring issues.
• Collaborate with senior IT staff and other departments for smooth IT operations.
• Provide basic end-user training and cyber-security awareness.
