Equativ is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our IT team in Paris. You will handle end-user requests, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and support onboarding/offboarding, ticketing, and system updates.

You will work with Google Workspace, Okta, Office 365, MDM and EDR, manage user accounts, and help configure workstations. Fluency in English and French is required, and you should thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and ability to troubleshoot a wide range of IT issues.
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and documentation practices.
• Experience with onboarding/offboarding processes and end-user support.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical assistance to end-users, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues.
• Manage helpdesk tickets, prioritize issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and applications (Office 365, Slack).
• Assist in installation and configuration of hardware and software, ensuring devices meet company standards.
• Assist with system updates, software installations, and hardware upgrades as needed.
• Manage user accounts and permissions in IT managed applications.
• Assist in setting up new employee workstations and ensuring access to tools.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for internal use.
• Create and update user guides and help documents for IT issues.
• Assist in generating periodic reports on systems and tickets.
• Collaborate with senior IT staff and other departments to ensure smooth IT services.
• Provide basic training to end-users on common IT issues.
