Vibe in Paris seeks an experienced HRBP to own the people strategy for France, Europe, and Asia, partnering with the CTO, SVP Product, and SVP Engineering. You will lead labor-law compliance and employee relations across France, while driving org design and talent growth for a fast-scaling technical organization.

You will report to the HRBP Director in New York and collaborate with the Chief People Officer in Paris, shaping regional talent initiatives and cross-continental people programs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in HRBP or HR generalist roles across scale-up and larger groups.
• Working knowledge of French labor law and employee relations.
• Experience supporting engineering and product teams.

Responsabilités

• Partner with leaders across France, Europe, and Asia on end-to-end talent lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary HR partner to CTO, SVP Product, and SVP Engineering for technical teams.
• Lead employee relations and ensure compliance with French labor law.
• Coach managers to raise people management standards and design org structures as the tech org grows.
• Shape career frameworks and localize company-wide People programs.
