MyVA Support (MyVAS) is seeking an HR & Operations Coordinator to support a remote organization of contractors and clients. You will manage HR records, payroll preparation, and performance-review coordination while facilitating candidate interviews in English and Spanish.

The role emphasizes contractor communications, data integrity, and cross-functional coordination across HR, IT, and operations to ensure smooth day-to-day processes.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating HR processes for a remote workforce is a plus.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
• Fluent in English; Spanish language skills are beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate contractor onboarding and required documentation.
• Maintain accurate contractor, contract, attendance, training, and HR records.
• Support monthly payroll preparation by gathering and validating information.
• Coordinate training activities and follow-ups.
• Schedule and facilitate performance reviews with contractors and clients.
• Conduct HR interviews and assist with candidate coordination.
• Document candidate progress and decisions in Zoho Recruit.
• Maintain information across Zoho Recruit, Zoho CRM, and spreadsheets.
