MyVA Support (MyVAS) is seeking a dedicated Virtual Legal Assistant for a 100% remote, LATAM-based role. You will support lawyers, manage client communications, and assist with trials and case preparation in a flexible, service-based contract.

Requirements include a Law degree, 2+ years as a Legal Assistant, 1+ year in litigation, and strong English/Spanish writing skills. Proficiency with case management software and organizational excellence are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum English proficiency of C1.
• Degree in Law or coursework completion.
• At least 2 years' experience as a Legal Assistant.
• At least 1 year in the litigation field.
• Experience in Commercial Law.
• Familiarity with law, court system and procedures.
• Proficient with case management software.
• Excellent English and Spanish writing skills.
• Able to multitask and work under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative support to lawyers and enhance productivity.
• Manage communications with clients, witnesses, and other parties.
• Support and attend trials when needed.
• Prepare case briefs, summarize depositions, interrogatories, and testimonies.
• Conduct investigations and perform research.
• Identify and extract relevant case information.
• Draft and file legal documents and correspondence.
• Efficiently manage phone calls and update contact lists.
• Monitor deadlines and calendars.
