MyVA Support (MyVAS) is seeking a remote QA and HR professional to join our team. You will monitor quality policies, coach agents, and develop reports to drive improvements while supporting recruitment activities, including candidate screening and interview scheduling.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of QA and recruitment experience, a Bachelor's degree preferred, fluent English (C1), and strong MS Office and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of QA and recruitment experience in a call center/BPO.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Fluent English at C1 level with strong communication.
• Proficient in MS Office and data analytics.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical abilities, and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced Excel knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Monitor adherence to quality policies and procedures.
• Provide coaching and feedback to agents.
• Develop reports on top call drivers and improvements.
• Attend call calibration sessions and contribute to action plans.
• Conduct internal monitoring and flag suspicious behaviors.
• Screen candidates and schedule interviews.
