Job summary

Acronis is seeking a Senior Growth Partner Manager to drive channel growth and maximize revenue with service providers within the Cyber Protect Cloud ecosystem. You will manage partner relationships, enablement, and performance, aligning with sales and marketing to grow ARR across geographies.

You will lead account planning, partner onboarding, and ongoing enablement activities, while coordinating with internal teams to support partner success and ensure a best-in-class partner experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software sales or partner management.
• Grew annual recurring revenue with channel partners.
• Experience with cybersecurity or cloud software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-potential partners through territory planning.
• Collaborate with distributors to drive cloud revenue growth.
• Train partners on products and onboarding.
• Manage partner lifecycle and quarterly business reviews.
• Enable upsell and cross-sell of services.
• Coordinate with Presales and Technical Support for partner needs.
• Maintain Partner Passport profiles and partner data.
