  • Own partner lifecycle management and maintain a regular set of activities focused on education, evangelization, and partner commitments.
  • Conduct recurring business reviews and account planning discussions.
  • Drive adoption and utilization of Acronis products, services, and partner programs.
  • Visit and meet partners at least once a quarter; ensure all partners are touched at least once a month through a proactive engagement.
  • Support onboarding, enablement, certification, and training initiatives.
  • Promote partner participation in marketing campaigns, webinars, customer events, and lead generation activities.
  • Identify opportunities to expand usage, increase customer penetration, and improve partner performance.
  • Provide guidance on sales motions, service packaging, and customer acquisition best practices.
  • Monitor partner performance and proactively address risks impacting growth or engagement.
  • Maintain account plans, activity tracking, pipeline visibility, and forecast updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support partner success and issue resolution.
What You Bring

  • Proven experience in a cybersecurity company, demonstrating a strong understanding of industry practices and protocols.
  • In-depth channel and field sales experience with an understanding of the cloud market business model.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and planning skills.
  • Strong internal customer focus with desire to learn all aspects of the business.
  • High level of discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
