Umicore is seeking a Supply Chain & Procurement Senior Professional in France to support the Infra-red Solutions business through hands-on sourcing and supplier development across international networks, with a strong focus on Asia.

You will work with suppliers and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, run sourcing strategies for metalworking components, and manage direct spend and supplier performance.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in supply chain, procurement or strategic sourcing.
• Experience sourcing and developing suppliers in Asia.
• Experience with supplier identification, assessment, negotiation and development.
• Strong analytical mindset and stakeholder management across cultures.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsabilités

• Drive supply chain and procurement activities supporting Infra-red business growth.
• Identify and develop suppliers and sourcing opportunities across Asian markets.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for metalwork components.
• Engage with suppliers through market exploration, qualification and negotiation.
• Translate needs into resilient supply solutions including dual sourcing and regional sourcing.
• Manage supplier relationships and drive supplier performance, quality and cost competitiveness.
• Ensure compliance with sustainability and regulatory policies (e.g. REACH, RoHS).
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Commercial and Global Supply teams.
