Umicore, a global advanced materials and recycling group, seeks a Technical Sales Sr. Professional to grow the Electroplating business in East and South France, coordinating with the West region. You will manage a diverse customer portfolio and travel on site, providing technical consultancy regionally and with the Germany team.

This role offers autonomy, frequent customer visits, and collaboration on projects in the Middle East and Maghreb, supporting growth across Europe.

Qualifications

Engineering education or experience in Materials/Electro-chemistry.
Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in surface treatment.
Combination of Technical expertise with Sales / Customer skills.
Fluent in French and English; willingness to travel.
Autonomy and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

Define the commercial objectives and the commercial policy of Electroplating in East and South of France in coordination with the West region.
Coordinate activities for French customers with the German headquarters (sales administration, logistic, financial service, quality and laboratories).
Develop sales for the UMICORE Electroplating processes and the processes represented in Europe in France East and South, with customer visits and follow-up.
Provide continuous technical assistance for Electroplating processes and on production lines in France (East/South; West as needed) in situ or by phone.
Ensure Customer Assistance and Technical Consultancy in France and occasionally other countries for important projects with German headquarter.
