Job summary

Qonto is seeking a Senior Compensation & Benefits Partner to lead complex, cross-country compensation strategies and governance. You will shape frameworks that scale with the company’s growth and partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders on offers, promotions, retention, and off-cycle reviews.

You will combine market data, internal equity and business context to deliver defensible recommendations, run salary cycles, ensure policy updates, and monitor compliance, while leveraging AI

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience running full compensation review cycles.
• Experience renewing benefits across European countries.
• Ability to diagnose problems before relying on market data.
• Ability to push back constructively with senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency with AI tools for data analysis and modelling.

Responsibilities

• Advise on high-stakes comp decisions with TA, People Partners and managers.
• Turn data into clear, defendable compensation recommendations.
• Own salary review cycles, policy updates and compliance monitoring end-to-end.
• Design scalable frameworks: global grading, leveling, salary ranges and transparency.
• Strengthen governance with cross-functional teams (People, Finance, Legal, HRIS).
