Job summary

Figures is seeking a Senior/Staff CSM to own enterprise compensation engagements across multi-country accounts. You will lead product demonstrations with a compensation lens, articulate value to CHROs and C&B leads, and guide multi-stakeholder discussions to drive renewals and expansion.

You’ll work in a remote-first European setup, collaborate closely with HR leaders, and help shape our compensation product and best practices while enjoying a generous time-off policy and wide-ranging benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in compensation/HR/C&B consulting or related roles.
• Strong client-facing experience with senior leadership.
• Fluent English, excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Able to explain complex compensation concepts clearly to non-experts.

Responsibilities

• Win enterprise deals as the comp expert in the room and co-run product demos.
• Own end-to-end enterprise accounts across multi-country contexts.
• Lead multi-workstream compensation engagements with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor junior CSMs and contribute to playbooks, training, and product feedback.
