Job summary

Exclusive Networks is seeking a Global Compensation Manager to lead and optimize our worldwide compensation programs. You will oversee market data, governance, and policy development, partnering with HR, Finance and Legal to ensure equity and alignment with business strategy.

You will work under the Global Senior Director, Compensation & Benefits and collaborate with regional teams to implement and maintain salary structures, pay transparency, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years' experience in Compensation & Benefits in an international environment.
• Knowledge of global compensation.
• Knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to global compensation projects and initiatives.
• Act as the compensation SME for Workday Compensation adoption and governance.
• Maintain global job architecture, grading and leveling framework.
• Ensure internal equity across functions, countries and units.
• Drive the Annual Compensation Review process from planning to post-cycle analysis.
• Prepare dashboards and executive reports on compensation metrics.
