Job summary

Qonto in Paris is seeking a Talent Manager to design and operationalise Talent Management frameworks that connect people data with insights from managers and teams. You will shape career paths, performance processes and internal mobility to broaden Qontoers’ growth opportunities.

Collaborating with HR leaders, you will translate complex ideas into practical processes, drive adoption, and ensure fair, robust practices aligned with our culture and growth strategy.

Qualifications

• In-house experience designing Talent Management frameworks including performance and career development.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, usable HR processes.
• Experience diagnosing HR-cycle data and deriving actionable roadmaps.
• Strong stakeholder management and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve HR frameworks and Talent Management products across performance, feedback, objectives, potential and succession.
• Shape mid-year and end-of-year HR cycles with operations teams.
• Build career paths and connect learning with internal mobility.
• Diagnose Talent Management with data from managers and employees, identify gaps, prioritise actions.
• Prototype solutions, test with users, define success metrics and adapt accordingly.
• Mobilise stakeholders and equip managers with clear implementation guidance.
