• At least 6 years of real estate experience in controlling or accounting functions.

Responsibilities

• Control external service providers and vendor governance.
• Ensure timely IFRS/Local GAAP financial reporting for SPVs.
• Prepare distribution forecasts and variance reports; support audits.
• Coordinate tax and financial due diligence; oversee tax compliance.
