PGIM Real Estate Group in Paris is offering an internship as Intern Analyst to support the full investment process across direct and operational real estate. You will assist with acquisition, asset management, portfolio management and disposition duties, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic, global real estate team.

The role emphasizes valuation analysis with Excel, market research, due diligence, negotiations and drafting internal/external memoranda and presentations.

Qualifications

• Student from a leading business or engineering school.
• Excellent English and French communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Eager to learn and contribute and therefore being open minded to get staffed on various projects.
• Ability to function in a team-oriented setting as well as demonstrating your own strong initiative.
• Self-starter with the ability to multi-task on complex structures/deals with the ability to set priorities.

Responsabilités

• Real estate valuation analysis & Excel cash-flow modelling.
• Market research.
• Performing various analyses to assist in making investment decisions.
• Assisting with legal negotiations, due diligence and execution of transactions.
