Job summary

PGIM Real Estate is seeking a Senior Associate for Fund Operations to manage the financial and regulatory reporting for SPVs across Europe, with a focus on France and Luxembourg. You will supervise external service providers, oversee cash management, and support tax compliance while partnering with Portfolio and Asset Management teams.

The role requires strong IFRS/Lux GAAP knowledge, English and French fluency, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach within a hybrid Paris-based framework.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education in accounting or finance.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA or similar) is advantageous.
• Fluency in English and French essential for cross-border coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee external service providers under vendor governance.
• Prepare and review IFRS/GAAP financial reports for SPVs.
• Manage cash flows, invoices, and payments for SE/US$ vehicles across Europe.
• Coordinate tax filings and transfer pricing documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to improve controls.
