Qualifications

• Sound knowledge of IFRS, French and/or Lux GAAP real estate accounting including consolidations.
• Fluency in English and French is mandatory; other European languages are a plus.
• Excellent Excel skills and proficiency with MS Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Control external service providers and monitor governance.
• Prepare and review financial and regulatory reporting for SPVs.
• Coordinate audits with third parties and ensure timely deliverables.
• Oversee cash management and payment approvals.
• Support tax compliance and structuring for funds and SPVs.
• Respond to ad hoc investor inquiries and improve controls.
