Job summary

Adform France is seeking a Technical Account Manager to combine technical acumen with a commercial mindset, serving agencies, clients, publishers and partners across the programmatic stack in Paris. You will own a portfolio in France and French-speaking Belgium, guiding onboarding, platform configuration and quarterly business reviews to drive adoption and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree and/or at least 2 years of experience in account management or consultancy within AdTech, MarTech, media or agency.
• Native level French and good English, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of ad serving, DSPs, DMPs or SSPs, and understanding of programmatic ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of clients in France and Belgium, owning account plans and profitability.
• Act as a consultative tech advisor and drive account growth across Adform products.
• Lead the customer lifecycle from onboarding through renewal, including onboarding plans and product rollouts.
• Review client campaigns and data to identify upsell opportunities and optimize performance.
• Lead trainings, workshops and QBRs to demonstrate product adoption and value realization.
• Drive commercial conversations on pricing, renewals and contracts and handle invoicing queries.
• Manage feedback and escalations and represent client needs in Product Roadmap discussions.
• Coordinate with Country Leads to track market trends and product updates.
