Affinity Global in Paris is seeking a seasoned partnerships sales professional to drive publisher and advertiser growth across VEVE and SitePlug. You will identify opportunities, close high‑value deals, and build a thriving CRM pipeline.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, present to C‑level audiences, and represent Affinity at industry events across Europe. Fluency in English plus another European language is preferred; French or German is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of publisher partnerships or ad tech sales in France.
• Confident communicator with C-level audiences and compelling proposals.
• Strategic thinker with knowledge of digital media, pricing models and performance metrics.
• Proficient in Business English; another European language (German or French) preferred.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools and data-informed decision making.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills to model deals and performance.

Responsabilités

• Identify new partnership opportunities by prospecting and onboarding publishers.
• Negotiate and close high-value CPC/CPA/CPI/revenue-share deals.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline in CRM; forecast revenue and hit targets.
• Collaborate with Publisher Success to grow onboarded publishers.
• Work with Product, Ops & Marketing to drive growth and feature launches.
• Represent Affinity at industry events across Europe.
