Job summary

Swan is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to blend sales acumen with deep fintech product knowledge. You will work with Account Executives through the pre-sales cycle to translate business needs into credible banking solutions, coordinating with Product and Compliance for complex setups.

In this role you may initiate cross-team solution projects and help shape how Swan scopes, sells, and handovers complex implementations to delivery teams. The position is hybrid and enterprise-focused.

Responsibilities

• Partner with AEs from discovery to technical win, shaping the solution narrative.
• Design end-to-end solutions, mapping payment flows and APIs.
• Explore compliance-sensitive setups with Compliance to assess the framework.
• Maintain continuity from sales to delivery and hand over solutions.
• Share and reuse practical expertise with product, sales, and integration teams.
• Bring market evidence into product decisions to guide roadmap.
