Job summary

Swan, Europe’s embedded banking specialist, is looking for an Application Owner to own one or more complex internal applications and become the expert for their use in daily operations. You will guide end-to-end delivery from discovery to deployment, optimize tooling, and manage stakeholders across Operations, with a focus on data-driven decisions and scalable processes in a regulated fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience owning or administering operational tools and business-critical applications.
• Ability to translate user needs into clear requirements and configurations.
• Proven track record in managing cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Own applications end to end: configuration, access, integrations, costs, and performance.
• Improve tooling and workflows: identify improvements and lead implementations.
• Lead cross-functional projects: manage priorities, timelines, and risks.
• Drive operational improvements balancing quality, scalability, speed, and cost.
• Use data to guide decisions: define KPIs, analyze performance, and set priorities.
• Manage stakeholders and change: align teams and secure adoption across Operations.
