Job summary

Swan is looking for a Software Engineer to join our Banking Experience team. The Engineering group is the largest at Swan (70+ people) and builds payments and end-customer applications in a regulated environment where security and resilience are core.

You will own one or more projects, design with product teams the bank-by-API, and improve performance as the system scales under rising load. Fluency in English and a passion for clean, scalable code, coupled with senior ownership, are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years as a Software Developer with strong back-end skills and TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• You will be technically responsible for one or more projects.
• You will design with the product team the bank by API.
• You will improve the performance of a system with a rapidly growing load.
• You will ensure the respect of the architecture rules and of the automated tests.
