Swan is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to blend sales skills with fintech product knowledge and hands-on technical judgment. You will work with Account Executives throughout the pre-sales journey, shaping banking solutions for enterprise prospects and collaborating with Product and Compliance to address complex requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience winning complex enterprise deals in a customer-facing technical role.
• Fintech, payments, embedded banking experience or related environment.
• Comfort with APIs and integration design.
• Ability to lead discovery with business and technical stakeholders and communicate clearly in English.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Account Executives from discovery to technical win and lead workshops, demos, or proofs of concept.
• Design end-to-end solutions: map payment flows, onboarding journeys, APIs and integration dependencies.
• Explore compliance-sensitive setups and coordinate with Compliance on regulatory frameworks.
• Scope solutions by separating needs addressable through existing capabilities from those needing product changes or Compliance validation.
• Maintain continuity from sales to delivery and coordinate handovers to delivery teams.
• Share expertise by developing templates, scripts and use-case guidance for AEs and integration teams.
• Provide market evidence input to Product and strategic decisions.
