Job summary

Fever in Paris is seeking a project manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of large events—from contract signing to final closing. You will coordinate with event organizers and internal teams, ensuring on-time delivery and clear documentation.

You are entrepreneurial, able to manage multiple work streams, and fluent in English and French. This role offers an international team and a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a project management role or consulting background.
• Fluent level of English and French.
• Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of events from contract signing to final closing.
• Act as main point of contact between event organizers and internal teams.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery of requirements and tasks.
• Communicate product and process needs to HQ and work with product/engineering to implement them.
• Create and maintain exhaustive Q&A to support user incidences.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete and up to date.
• On-site presence may be required for launches or key dates.
