Mistral seeks an Internal Event Manager to lead our internal events strategy and execution in Paris. You will develop and implement events plans, manage our new event spaces, and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver exceptional experiences for Mistralers.

You will oversee end-to-end event planning, coordinate logistics, and build relationships with vendors and venues in Paris, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and adherence to high standards.

Formación

• Fluency in English and French is essential.
• Strong organizational and project management skills are required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are a must.
• A network of trusted vendors and venues in Paris is advantageous.
• Knowledge of AV and event tech is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM or event management software is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design and execute an internal events strategy aligned with company culture.
• Plan and manage events end-to-end, including logistics and on-site execution.
• Build relationships with vendors, venues, and service providers in Paris.
• Serve as primary contact for internal teams hosting events at the HQ.
• Ensure events are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards.
