SAWOO GmbH seeks an experienced hospitality professional to prep, host, and follow up at monthly networking meetups for senior executives in Paris. You will greet guests, manage name tags and questionnaires, and ensure a smooth event flow from setup to follow-up.

Expect on-site work at fine dining venues, with a focus on exceptional service and precise execution. Fluent English, a proactive, meticulous mindset, and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in upscale hospitality or gastronomy.
• Professional interaction with international executives.
• Native-level English proficiency.
• Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Willingness to attend all monthly meetups in Paris.

Responsabilités

• Prepare for meetups: print name tags, questionnaires, pens, and clipboards.
• Warmly welcome guests, hand out name tags, and manage attendee lists.
• Coordinate venue setup, ensure agenda adherence, and assist host.
• Take photos for social media and film introductions for later connects.
• Collect exit questionnaires and upload all materials (lists, photos, videos).
