Job summary

Metroscope is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to accelerate growth in the power generation market, developing new customers while expanding our footprint with utilities and power producers. The role sits at the intersection of business development, technology and enterprise sales.

Location: Paris or remote in France with regular travel. You will own development of a portfolio, create pipeline, win new business and build long-term customer relationships in a technically demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand complex industrial environments and build credibility with customers.
• Experience in leading enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for assigned accounts, prospects and territory.
• Identify and engage new utilities, power producers and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain a strong qualified pipeline.
• Own opportunities from initial engagement through discovery, evaluation, proposals, negotiation and signature.
• Develop relationships across plant, fleet and corporate levels.
• Turn initial deployments into broader plant, fleet opportunities.
