Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Manager to drive organic growth in France's Manufacturing, Logistics and Energy sectors. You will acquire large enterprise clients, build consultative relationships with executives, and lead the design and sale of Information Management solutions.

The role requires strong leadership across internal teams to ensure delivery and client success, with French and English fluency for board-level negotiations.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of securing new enterprise logos within France.
• Experience with complex deal structuring and enterprise sales methodologies.
• Fluent in French and English; able to engage C-level executives.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across Solutions, Legal, Operations, Finance.
• Deep understanding of regulatory and digital transformation landscapes in France.

Responsabilités

• Identify, prospect, and close net-new enterprise clients in target sectors.
• Engage C-suite executives to understand objectives and pain points.
• Design and sell tailored Information Management solutions.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and drive opportunities through RFPs.
• Provide industry insights and cross-functional collaboration for delivery.
• Lead negotiations and structure complex agreements.
