Job summary

Okta Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) for its Workforce Identity portfolio. The role is hybrid in London, open to candidates who can engage with large enterprise customers across Financial Services, Healthcare, Public Sector, and more.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience (or 6+ years with a Master’s).
• 3+ years as a TAM, Technical Consultant, Solution Architect, or Product Manager.

Responsibilities

• Build deep executive relationships as the primary technical contact for customer identity owners and IT leadership.
• Architect tailored technical success plans to drive platform adoption and secure the company against displacement.
• Guide customers in expanding the Workforce Identity footprint across IAM, IGA, PAM, and ITDR solutions.
• Lead complex technical escalations and drive risk mitigation in collaboration with CSMs and engineering teams.
