Proofpoint seeks a Senior Technical Account Manager to partner with enterprise customers, driving measurable security value and cyber resiliency. You’ll engage at the CISO/VP level while guiding complex Proofpoint deployments, balancing strategic advisory with technical stewardship.

The role requires executive presence, commercial acumen, and a track record of influencing customer retention and expansion across large organizations. Fluency in French is required.

Formación

• Proven ability to drive measurable business outcomes for enterprise customers.
• Executive presence and experience engaging at C-suite and VP level.
• Strategic risk assessment and advisory experience.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of ARR, renewals and CLV.
• Experience building and executing customer success strategies at scale.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value narratives.

Responsabilidades

• Drive business outcomes aligned to customer security goals with measurable ROI.
• Act as strategic risk advisor, identifying renewal and adoption risks before they impact the customer.
• Engage with CISOs and executives, delivering strategic insights and recommendations.
• Architect adoption and value plans to maximize Proofpoint deployment value.
• Coach customers on cyber resiliency and align Proofpoint capabilities with their risk tolerance.
• Lead executive business reviews and quarterly strategic planning sessions.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Proofpoint platform and roadmap.
