Job summary

Proofpoint seeks a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to partner with enterprise customers, driving security value and cyber resiliency. You’ll operate at the executive level, shaping adoption plans and guiding Proofpoint deployments with a strong technical foundation.

You will balance strategic advisory with hands-on technical guidance, maintaining customer relationships at the C-suite and delivering measurable business outcomes. The role requires a strong security background and fluency in French.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into measurable business value for enterprise customers.
• Executive presence and experience engaging C-suite and VP level executives.
• Strong commercial acumen with understanding of ARR, renewals and customer lifetime value.

Responsibilities

• Drive measurable security outcomes and ROI for enterprise customers through strategic advisory.
• Maintain deep technical knowledge of the Proofpoint platform and guide deployment optimisation.
• Lead strategic reviews, prepare executive-level insights, and align Proofpoint capabilities with customer risk posture.
