Job summary

The World’s Identity Company™ is seeking a Senior TAM to partner with enterprise customers, driving strategic success in Workforce Identity. You will lead technical advisement, architect success plans, and guide adoption of IAM, IGA, PAM, and related security capabilities across large organizations.

Based in a hybrid model (Paris, London, Munich, or Warsaw), you’ll collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Support to elevate customer maturity and secure platform adoption.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related professional IT experience (or 6+ years with a Master’s degree).
• 3+ years of TAM, Technical Consultant, Solution Architect, or Product Manager experience.
• 3+ years with Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions or related security tech preferred.
• Education: BA/BS/MS in CS/IT or related field (or equivalent).
• Certifications: CISSP or equivalent highly preferred.
• Federation Protocols: SAML 2.0, OAuth, OpenID Connect, WS-Fed.
• Lifecycle & Provisioning: knowledge of lifecycle management, provisioning, and integrations (SCIM, Workflows, HR provisioning, Active Directory).
• SaaS Ecosystems: familiarity with O365, Salesforce, Workday, Box.
• Code Proficiency: read/modify quickstarts, sample code, or scripts to fit customer needs.
• Executive Presence: translate technical concepts for CxO audiences.
• Boundary Setting: manage expectations and portfolio health with stakeholders.
• Location & Language: hybrid role, based in London, Munich, Paris, or Warsaw; fluent German & English.

Responsibilities

• Trusted Advisor: build executive relationships as primary technical contact for identity owners & IT leadership.
• Strategic Roadmapping: design tailored success plans to drive adoption & secure platform.
• Adoption & Expansion: guide customers to expand Workforce Identity footprint and security posture.
• Technical Escalation Lead: manage complex escalations with CSMs as needed.
• Cross-Functional Advocacy: influence product direction with Engineering, Product, & Support.
• Knowledge Sharing: deliver workshops and best practices; create reusable tech assets.
