• Guide, consult, provide technical guidance, and advocate for the customer within AWS
• Ensure AWS environments remain healthy and optimized in terms of cost, complexity, security, performance, and resiliency
• Develop trusting relationships with customers, understanding business and technical challenges
• Drive technical discussions on incidents, architecture, cost-benefit trade-offs, and risk management
• Consult with developers to C-suite executives across stakeholders
• Collaborate with AWS teams and partner networks to deliver value to ISV customers
• Provide reviews of service disruptions, metrics, and pre-launch planning
• Solve problems across customers during cloud migrations
