Job summary

Diabolocom, a French tech company, seeks a Senior SEO Manager to own organic growth across SEO and GEO with a strong commercial focus. You will drive an international strategy, lead a small team, and oversee a major website redesign to maximize revenue.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of direct SEO experience with B2B tech, SaaS or similar complex digital business.
• Proven track record turning organic growth into leads, opportunities and revenue.
• 2+ years managing SEO specialists or a dedicated team and external agencies.
• International, multilingual and multi-market SEO experience is required.
• Hands-on expertise across keyword strategy, content, technical SEO, on-page optimization and conversion.
• Practical knowledge of AI search, LLM visibility and GEO.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own the global SEO/GEO strategy, roadmap, KPIs, investment priorities and business case.
• Set commercial objectives for organic growth and accountable for leads, opportunities, pipeline and revenue.
• Grow organic performance across multiple markets, languages and subdomains.
• Build keyword and content strategies by country and buyer intent with conversion focus.
• Lead the SEO team and manage external agencies to deliver measurable business impact.
• Lead website redesign and migration with SEO as internal lead and ensure continuity.
• Develop visibility for AI search and GEO across emerging platforms.
