You will drive new business and manage large enterprise relationships, delivering tailored solutions across HighQ, Legal Tracker, Thought Trace, and other platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of account management or software/technology sales experience.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage enterprise accounts.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
• MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in AI or machine learning industry preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand the enterprise customer base.
• Identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities within assigned territory or market segment; upsell and cross-sell to existing customers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, foster long-term relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead customer meetings and develop presentations for complex sales opportunities; conduct regular business reviews.
• Collaborate with internal teams and leverage partnerships for growth and strategic account planning.
