Job summary

• Own and manage end-to-end ER cases of moderate to high complexity, ensuring fairness and legal compliance.
• Act as trusted advisor to managers, providing practical, risk-aware guidance on people matters.
• Plan and conduct workplace investigations, including witness interviews and report writing.
• Analyse ER data to identify trends and inform policy changes and leadership development.
