Qualifications

• End-to-end ER case management and investigations experience.
• Fluency in French and knowledge of France employment law.
• Strong advisory capability to coach managers through sensitive matters.
• Ability to interpret ER law across multiple jurisdictions.
• Use ER data to identify root causes and risks.
• Experienced with case management systems for tracking cases.
• Balance employee advocacy with business needs; maintain dignity and transparency.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex ER cases end-to-end, ensuring fairness and legal compliance.
• Advise managers and leaders with practical, risk-aware guidance.
• Plan and conduct workplace investigations with evidence-based findings.
