Sony Europe is seeking an Employee Relations Consultant to support employees and managers across Europe, with a focus on France. The role involves ensuring legal compliance, supporting localisation of HR policies, and handling employee relations cases in a multinational setting.

You will liaise with HR Partners, employee representatives, and management to foster a respectful and productive work environment, with emphasis on Paris-area operations and hybrid working arrangements.

Formación

• Several years’ experience in an Employee Relations Specialist role.
• Excellent knowledge of French employment law, regulations, and HR best practice.
• Experience implementing and carrying out company policies and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Propose HR policies aligned with legal requirements and best practice.
• Advise HR Europe functions on implementing policies and frameworks.
• Identify HR compliance risks and develop mitigation plans that protect the company’s reputation.
• Conduct prompt, fair, and well-documented investigations into alleged compliance violations.
• Coordinate compliance matters with internal and external counsel and the Data Privacy Officer.
• Handle works councils/unions and employee representative bodies.
• Develop and deliver training on conflict resolution, workplace ethics, and legal compliance.
• Analyse ER trends, track compliance metrics, and maintain accurate records.
