Job summary

PVH Corp. in Paris is seeking a Senior People Advisor to deliver expert HR guidance across the employee lifecycle and support people leaders.

You will act as a trusted advisor to associates and managers, partner with Legal and CoEs, and drive continuous improvement in HR policies and services. The role requires deep HR policy knowledge, coaching, and the ability to manage complex advisory cases in a fast-paced, multilingual environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Proven ability to handle complex advisory and employee relations issues.
• Strong service orientation with excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for complex HR advisory matters and coach associates and people leaders.
• Lead HR support for small-scale transitions or change initiatives and manage aftercare.
• Manage informal complaints and conflicts (except discrimination/harassment) and escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with CoEs to develop and communicate HR policies and maintain knowledge articles and training materials.
• Deliver excellent service to associates and leaders, ensuring requests are addressed promptly.
• Identify and implement improvements to HR service delivery using data insights and feedback.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions (compliance, performance, manager connects) especially for local language delivery.
• Support organizational change initiatives by coaching managers and associates and escalating as needed.
• Translate HR policies into actionable support across onboarding, offboarding, performance, well-being, compensation, benefits, training, disciplinary matters.
• Partner with business leaders to improve HR metrics (absence, turnover, performance distribution, retention, engagement).
• Provide clear direction and connect stakeholders to resources as a trusted HR confidant.
• Use data insights to anticipate recurring HR issues across teams and functions.
