Hotels is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Specialist to own the inbound engine for our Hotels Acquisition team in a 12-month pilot across EMEA. You will build the inbound motion from scratch, scale multi-channel programs, and align with RevOps and Sales.

This role requires 8+ years in B2B demand generation, fluency in English, and a data-driven mindset to drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing within marketplace, hospitality tech, or SaaS.
• Proven track record of building inbound programs that generate measurable pipeline.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation tools.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach with funnel ownership.
• Ability to align sales and marketing and operate globally.

Responsabilités

• Define and own the EMEA inbound strategy and roadmap to drive hotel go-lives.
• Build multi-channel inbound programs (email, paid, SEO, content, events, partnerships).
• Own full funnel from lead capture to MQL handoff with CRM hygiene in Salesforce.
• Design LinkedIn campaigns with regional AE teams and create outbound sequences.
• Partner with Global Marketing to build collateral and nurture flows; measure pipeline impact.
• Run co-marketing and referral programs; secure budgets and show ROI.
• Experiment with AI to scale campaigns and content; collaborate with AEs and managers.
