Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a high-impact sales leader to own the go-to-market and drive end-to-end sales of our Spiko API across Europe. You will navigate complex regulatory nuances, collaborate with product and compliance teams, and represent Spiko at fintech events.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in driving the complete B2B sales cycle.
• Hands-on experience selling technical or API-based products; embedded finance or BaaS exposure is a strong plus.
• Naturally goes deep on product details, regulatory nuance, and integration complexity.
• Strong knowledge of the European fintech landscape with access to key decision-makers.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills; fluent English required.
• Highly ambitious and execution-driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own go-to-market strategy and drive end-to-end execution of the full sales cycle for our Spiko API.
• Dive deep into product and regulatory nuances to run technically complex sales processes autonomously.
• Collaborate with the product team to translate market feedback into roadmap priorities.
• Work with compliance to navigate regulatory requirements and deliver compliant solutions.
• Represent Spiko at major fintech conferences and events across Europe.
• For senior profiles: help build and mentor the wider sales function as the business scales.
