Jobtailor is seeking a high-impact sales leader to own the go-to-market and drive end-to-end sales of our Spiko API across Europe. You will navigate complex regulatory nuances, collaborate with product and compliance teams, and represent Spiko at fintech events.

Senior candidates will help build and mentor the sales function as we scale. You bring full-cycle B2B sales experience, API/product know-how, and a deep European fintech network, with strong communication and an entrepreneurial drive to

Qualifications

Proven track record in driving the complete B2B sales cycle.
Hands-on experience selling technical or API-based products; embedded finance or BaaS exposure is a strong plus.
Naturally goes deep on product details, regulatory nuance, and integration complexity.
Strong knowledge of the European fintech landscape with access to key decision-makers.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills; fluent English required.
Highly ambitious and execution-driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsabilités

Own go-to-market strategy and drive end-to-end execution of the full sales cycle for our Spiko API.
Dive deep into product and regulatory nuances to run technically complex sales processes autonomously.
Collaborate with the product team to translate market feedback into roadmap priorities.
Work with compliance to navigate regulatory requirements and deliver compliant solutions.
Represent Spiko at major fintech conferences and events across Europe.
For senior profiles: help build and mentor the wider sales function as the business scales.
