Spiko, a Paris-based fintech, is hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to own hiring for Tech & Product and support other functions as we scale. Reporting to the Head of People & Talent, you will act as a true headhunter, building a sourcing engine and candidate experience to attract top engineers, product managers and key hires in a competitive market.

In this role, you will source passive candidates, maintain a strong pipeline, design fast, structured interviews, and own the full-cycle

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Talent Acquisition with direct sourcing and market mapping.
• Proven track record hiring for Tech & Product roles (engineering, product, design).
• Excellent English skills; French is a plus.
• Experience in fast-moving, early-stage startup environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and data-informed recruitment.

• Source passive candidates for Tech & Product roles and beyond.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline ahead of need.
• Design structured, fast-moving interview processes that reflect Spiko's pace.
• Own the full-cycle recruitment from calibration with hiring managers to offer.
• Provide market insights to inform hiring decisions.
• Track pipeline health and suggest improvements to hiring processes.
